Honey Whipped Feta

Looking for a quick and easy appetizer that packs a punch? This Honey Whipped Feta comes together in minutes with just a few simple ingredients. It's the perfect party starter or a delicious addition to any charcuterie board.

Ingredients
6 oz block of feta cheese
½ cup whole milk greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon honey + more to serve
¼ cup chopped roasted pistachios
Directions

1. Place the feta cheese, greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and BeeKeeper Dave’s honey in a food processor.

2. Pulse the food processor until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

3. Serve in a shallow bowl topped with pistachios and a drizzle of BeeKeeper Dave’s honey. May be accompanied by crostini, pita chips, or pretzel crackers.

A Few Notes on Ingredients:
• Fresh squeezed lemon juice is highly recommended, and provides a much better flavor than the store bought stuff.
• The same goes for this recipe’s garlic - giving fresh garlic a quick mince will provide these honey lemon pepper wings with much more depth of flavor than if pre-minced, jarred garlic is used.
• This recipe calls for BeeKeeper Dave’s Honey, local to northwestern Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. We encourage you to seek out and support the local beekeeper in your area.
